Our story
Started by people who've stood on the job site
We got tired of watching good crews lose hours to back-ordered membrane, two-person backer board, and big-box markups that quietly ate the margin on every wet-area bid. So we built the supplier we wished we had.
Today, Streamline Essentials stocks a focused line of waterproofing and substrate materials — including our own Essenti foam backer board — and ships it across the Pacific Northwest from Portland. No catalog bloat, no retail runaround. Just the materials a tile assembly actually needs, priced for the trade.

02 — Get a quote
We come back with wholesale pricing, lead times, and a delivery window — usually same day. Custom pans and niches confirmed to your opening.
03 — We deliver
Will-call pickup in PDX or delivery across the PNW, typically inside 24–48 hours. Set a standing cadence for recurring jobs.
